RETURNS

• You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return an item,  Cold glue must be unopened and untouched, No excpetions. 

• To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

• Please ensure the item is in its original packaging and includes the original order number.

• Before returning, you must obtain approval by emailing stickyickyglue@gmail.com.

Refunds

• Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and inform you that it has been received. We will update you on the status of your refund the inspection.

• If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your credit card or original payment method.

• The credit will within a few days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping

• You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your item, and these costs are non-refundable.
